The Thai Limo arranges private DMK transfers to Bangkok hotels and agreed onward destinations. Our standard meeting point is Terminal 1, Floor 1, Door 4; domestic passengers walk over from Terminal 2 after baggage claim. Book with flight tracking, an all-inclusive flat rate and no hidden charges. Complimentary waiting is 60 minutes domestic or 90 minutes international.
An agreed price, a clear pickup plan and a real person to help along the way.
Share the date, pickup, destination, passengers and bags. Add your flight or planned stops so the vehicle and timing fit your trip.
Review your all-inclusive flat rate, vehicle category and waiting terms. Your written confirmation includes the meeting instructions and contact for your journey.

Follow the confirmed pickup instructions and travel to your agreed destination. Real human, English-speaking support is available if you need help.

Don Mueang is DMK, not BKK. It is a separate airport north of central Bangkok. A request described only as “Bangkok airport” can point to the wrong place, so copy the airport code, flight number and travel date from your ticket. Check the return flight independently; you may leave from a different airport.
Airports of Thailand identifies Terminal 1 for international flights. Allow for immigration, baggage and customs before reaching the public meeting area. Share your arriving flight rather than estimating a collection time from landing alone. After customs, stay on Floor 1 and follow the public exit numbers to Door 4 in Terminal 1. Our representative meets you there with a sign showing the name on your booking.
Terminal 2 serves domestic flights. Collect your bags, enter public arrivals and take the public Floor 1 connection to Terminal 1. The Thai Limo’s standard meeting point for domestic arrivals is also Terminal 1, Floor 1, Door 4. You do not need international immigration formalities simply to walk through the public terminal connection. If your confirmation supplies a different collection point, follow that update instead. See the official AOT terminal information for the airport’s terminal assignment.
Our standard DMK collection point is Terminal 1, Floor 1, Door 4 for both international and domestic arrivals. Save the meeting instructions and travel-day contact before you fly, including any update sent with your confirmed transfer.
Look for the name on your booking at Door 4 in Terminal 1, then follow the representative’s directions to the vehicle. A car may need to wait away from the meeting point until you are ready to board. The public taxi queue is a separate transport arrangement. If you cannot find the representative, give the booking contact your terminal, floor and nearest numbered door, and stay in a clearly identifiable public area while our English-speaking team helps.
We track your arrival flight to help coordinate your pickup. If the flight is cancelled, replaced or changed, our 24/7 client support can help with the revised collection plan. Airport transfers include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting for domestic arrivals and 90 minutes for international arrivals. Your confirmation states when the waiting period starts and the terms for additional waiting. Communicate a delay in baggage collection rather than assuming the driver knows when you will be ready.
Report missing or damaged luggage to your airline’s baggage-service desk before leaving the baggage area, then tell our booking team about the delay. If you cannot use your phone or mobile data, ask airport information staff to help you call the travel-day number saved in your confirmation. Keep an offline copy of those details.
Prebooked late-night and early-morning arrivals use the same standard Terminal 1, Floor 1, Door 4 meeting point unless your confirmation gives an update. Check the local arrival date for a flight landing after midnight. Our 24/7 client support can help with pickup questions; flight tracking does not mean unlimited waiting or an automatic replacement booking after a cancellation.

A full property address is more useful than a district name. Send the hotel, residence or office name and the vehicle entrance, especially at a large complex or building with several access points.
If your destination is in northern Bangkok, identify the precise building or property. A large shopping area or transport interchange needs a practical vehicle collection or drop-off point. Tell us if the airport journey includes a luggage drop followed by a separate meeting; that changes the requested route.
For a central hotel, include the street address and any soi or entrance instructions. Appointments should have their own arrival time in the itinerary, separate from the desired airport pickup. Traffic and the final city approach affect the journey, so avoid building a schedule around a single guaranteed driving time.
An onward journey beyond Bangkok needs its own route and quotation. Include your actual hotel or resort, luggage and any requested stop. Browse the Bangkok popular journeys to describe the trip you need. The published BKK–Pattaya guide starts at Suvarnabhumi; it is not a DMK driving-time estimate.
Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi are separate airports. Transferring between them is a road journey, followed by the next airport’s departure process. It is not a walk between terminals or an airside connection.
Provide the arrival flight, departure flight, dates and any checked luggage. Allow for arrival formalities, baggage collection, the road transfer and the next airline’s check-in requirements. A private vehicle cannot guarantee that a tight connection will be achievable. Check airline requirements before committing to the itinerary.
Use the Bangkok airport transfer comparison to distinguish the airports. Suvarnabhumi transfers serve BKK arrivals and departures. Your booking proposal should identify the actual departure airport, not just “Bangkok”.
Explore the vehicles for different journeys. Your quotation will confirm the vehicle and space for your party.
THE THAI LIMO / PRIVATE VEHICLESA composed choice for individual travel and business appointments.
Images illustrate vehicle types; the exact model and luggage capacity will be confirmed before booking.
A sedan may suit an individual or couple with modest luggage. Families and groups may need an MPV or van, depending on the seats in use and the bags travelling with them. List large suitcases, cabin bags, strollers and equipment before accepting a vehicle category.
Share children’s ages and any requested child seat. Availability, suitability and charges need confirmation. Describe mobility assistance or access requirements directly; do not infer accessibility from a photo. An illustrated vehicle category is not a guarantee of a particular model or seating layout.
Your all-inclusive flat-rate proposal identifies the currency, route, category and direction, with applicable tolls, parking and airport charges included. The waiting allowance and requested stops are agreed before confirmation. No hidden charges applies to the agreed scope; if you change that scope, agree the revised price before proceeding.
Send the departure flight and hotel entrance. Work backwards from the airline’s check-in guidance and include road travel and a traffic allowance. Confirm Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 from your flight details. If you arrived at BKK, do not automatically reuse that airport for the return booking.
A transfer finishes at the agreed destination. A Bangkok private driver connects several stops during an agreed period. If you need both, describe them separately in the enquiry. Your quotation includes the applicable booking terms.
Use the flight details: AOT identifies Terminal 1 for international services and Terminal 2 for domestic services. Supply the flight number and confirm the meeting arrangement before travel. If the flight changes, update the booking contact rather than selecting a different terminal yourself.
Not necessarily. Use the written instructions for your private booking. They should describe a recognisable meeting point and contact method; a public transport sign alone does not identify a private collection arrangement.
Airport transfers include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting for domestic arrivals and 90 minutes for international arrivals. Your confirmation explains when the allowance starts and any additional waiting charges. Contact the booking team if your arrival process takes longer than expected. Do not assume unlimited waiting is included simply because a flight number was provided.
Yes, describe each direction with its own date, flight and property address. Confirm the departure airport separately and include any different passengers or luggage. Review the proposal for both legs rather than assuming an arrival booking includes the return.
Describe the airport transfer, any luggage drop and the appointments you want to attend. A retained vehicle may suit the working day, but its hours, stops and overtime terms need a separate agreed scope. A Bangkok private driver can connect your appointments throughout the day.
Many central Bangkok road journeys take around 30–60 minutes in ordinary conditions, but busy traffic, rain and the exact hotel can make the drive longer. Allow separately for collecting bags and meeting your transport. For a departure, plan backwards from the airline's check-in requirement rather than using the flight time as the airport arrival time.
Your flat-rate quote is based on the actual hotel or residence, vehicle, travel date and stops. Include passengers and luggage so the quote matches the space needed. The all-inclusive flat rate covers the agreed route, including applicable tolls, parking and airport charges, with the arrival waiting allowance stated before booking. There are no hidden charges for the agreed service.
Yes. A prebooked car provides a planned collection and a direct journey to the agreed address. A taxi or app ride is another point-to-point option. Bus or rail may suit lighter luggage and destinations near the network, but include any connection and the last leg to your hotel when comparing the journey.
Our standard meeting point is Terminal 1, Floor 1, Door 4. International passengers clear immigration, collect their bags and pass customs before meeting there. Domestic passengers arriving in Terminal 2 collect their bags, then take the public Floor 1 connection to Terminal 1. Look for a name sign matching your booking and follow the representative’s directions to the car. Any updated instructions in your confirmation take priority.
Yes, for our standard Door 4 pickup. Stay in the public Floor 1 arrivals area after collecting your bags and follow the connection to Terminal 1. This is a walk between terminals at Don Mueang, not a transfer to Suvarnabhumi. Tell us before booking if your party needs help with the walk or has mobility requirements so the collection can be planned appropriately.
Complete your airline’s baggage report before leaving baggage claim and notify our booking team of the delay. If your phone cannot connect, ask airport information staff to help contact the travel-day number in your saved confirmation. Keep your booking name, terminal, floor and nearest door available so the team can help locate you. The confirmed 60-minute domestic or 90-minute international waiting allowance still applies.
Our standard Terminal 1, Floor 1, Door 4 meeting point is the same for prebooked late-night and early-morning arrivals unless your confirmation gives updated instructions. Use the correct local arrival date, keep the supplied flight details current and save your travel-day contact. Real human, English-speaking support is available around the clock to help coordinate the pickup.
A clear itinerary. An all-inclusive flat rate. No hidden charges for the service you approve.
